Old insulation out. Fresh R4 batts in.

Old insulation can deteriorate over time, become contaminated by vermin or moisture, and lose its effectiveness. When it’s time for a replacement, we remove it properly — not just move it around.

We remove old blown-in insulation and existing batts, using suitable extraction equipment where required. All old insulation and waste is removed from site, leaving you with a clean roof cavity ready for the new installation.

We then install new R4 insulation batts throughout the roof space to help improve your home’s thermal performance and comfort.

While we’re up there, we’ll check your ceiling.

With the roof space already clear, it’s the perfect opportunity to inspect the condition of your ceiling and check whether additional ceiling strapping is required.

If strapping is needed, having it completed at the same time can be more cost-effective than booking a separate job later.
